Back in May, I had the opportunity to spend some time exploring Bicol, Philippines, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips I’ve had this year. Instead of going to the usual tourist spots, I made it a point to discover some of the lesser-known places that often get overlooked. From quiet coastal areas and winding provincial roads to breathtaking mountain views and vibrant local scenes, every stop had its own charm and story to tell.
I brought my camera along for the entire journey and documented as much as I could—capturing the little details, the wide landscapes, and the raw moments in between. After sorting through all the footage, I pieced together some of my favorite clips and crafted them into this short film in the most cinematic way I could.
This is more than just a travel recap—it’s a glimpse into the beauty, culture, and rhythm of everyday life in Bicol. I hope watching this gives you the same sense of wonder and appreciation I felt while being there.
